Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer our retail partners free shipping for orders over $500 (excl. GST).

We have tried to keep this policy as simple as possible, however the below exceptions apply.

• Must be a New Zealand address
• Over-sized Items that differ from our normal freight terms as highlighted below:

1. KSSPIT - Gas Spit
2. LGS - Gas Smoker
3. KO001/KO002 & KO003 - Chilly Bins

• Standard freight charges passed on for sending these items via drop shipping or to Rural or South Island locations will apply even if over the $500 freight free threshold.
