Company Name Change - Xpedite Distribution

We are excited to announce that we have acquired the business of Tollesbury Enterprises Ltd as of 1^st of August 2025. This acquisition brings a stable of quality brands to our product range across a variety of product categories including Pest Control, Cleaning, Garden, Home & Living and Hardware. We believe this acquisition strengthens our offering to NZ Retailers and allow us to offer a greater range of quality products at great prices. We remain committed to our core values of Trust, Excellence, Trust, Customer First and Innovation.

As a result of this acquisition, we will be renaming our company from Fishing and Leisure Group Ltd to Xpedite Distribution Ltd as of the 1^st of July. The decision to rebrand the company was made to accommodate the new product categories that have been added to our range. You can view our new company logo below.

Please note that this is a trading name change only. There is no change to our company number, GST number, bank accounts, phone numbers or physical/postal addresses. Our email addresses will change to @xpedite.co.nz in time however we will retain the old email addresses to ensure no communication is affected.
